Di Barista – Terms of Service

1. Delivery of Products

Di Barista provides shipping for orders placed through the website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days within city limits in the UAE. In cases where the delivery location is outside city limits, delivery may take 4 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: A standard shipping fee of AED 15 applies to all orders below AED 150. Orders above AED 150 qualify for free shipping within serviceable areas.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel orders if the delivery location is not serviceable. In such cases, payments made via credit card will be refunded through credit card reversal, without any cancellation fee.

2. Order Processing and Shipments

If an order contains multiple products, Di Barista will make every effort to ship them together. However, due to stock availability or logistics constraints, items may be shipped separately.

Customers will be notified if their order is shipped in multiple parts.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Customers must inspect their package upon delivery and ensure there is no damage or tampering before accepting it.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must inform Di Barista within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@dibarista.ae or via WhatsApp/phone.

  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging, including all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories.
  • Di Barista arranges return pick-ups from the customer’s location.
  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed via credit card reversal to the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products only.
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • There are no exceptions — all product categories are eligible for exchange if defective.

5. Warranty & Manufacturer Claims

If a product is damaged upon arrival, Di Barista will assist in claiming a replacement through the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
